New Year's, Redentore and Carnival are long-standing events open to all (groups and individuals).
The unique atmosphere of the galleons and the experience and professionalism of the crew will excite you in the seducing sea and Venetian lagoon settings.
The dynamic Jolly Roger team is able to enthuse all those looking for a party, birthday, special event or simple romantic candlelit dinner, created by the ship's chef with tasteful and elegant settings (floral arrangements, various customizations).
Since 2009, the Sirocco culinary art lab allows the Venetian Galleon to guarantee an excellent level of quality including our restaurant service.
The freedom to independently work allows us to monitor our products starting from the purchasing of raw materials. As per the HCCP plan, the company monitors the processing, the preservation and the transport of dishes on board the Galleons, until the final stage of serving. We serve all our dishes with a careful attention to detail, which has always been the prerogative of our company.
Our menus range from traditional Venetian dishes to the most sought after international fare; we also offer personalized menus and thus are able to satisfy the different needs of our clients.
