Choosing the Jolly Roger fleet for your business meetings means astounding your sales partners and associates with an exciting and stimulating working environment recreated in impressive settings that promote brain storming and team work.
Sailing along the Venetian lagoon, business meetings and conventions are supported by appropriate technical equipment (each Jolly Roger ship has on board audio systems, speakers, microphones andprojection screens) and excellent catering services; work becomes enjoyable and gratifying, the keys to team building and business incentives.
Since 2009, the Sirocco culinary art lab allows the Venetian Galleon to guarantee an excellent level of quality including our restaurant service.
The freedom to independently work allows us to monitor our products starting from the purchasing of raw materials. As per the HCCP plan, the company monitors the processing, the preservation and the transport of dishes on board the Galleons, until the final stage of serving. We serve all our dishes with a careful attention to detail, which has always been the prerogative of our company.
Our menus range from traditional Venetian dishes to the most sought after international fare; we also offer personalized menus and thus are able to satisfy the different needs of our clients.
